A proud Yuin man from the New South Wales South Coast, Terry Wright has worked in the Higher Education and Government sectors for over 30 years.
Mr Wright has had an extensive career, having worked in a variety of roles at Charles Sturt University, Macquarie University, University of Wollongong, Tranby Aboriginal College, Charles Darwin University and Batchelor Institute, as well as senior roles in Government and with TAFE NSW.
His most recent role was as Director of Academic Programs, Bachelor of Education - Primary (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education) at Western Sydney University's School of Education.
He is looking forward to not only continuing the work of the ATSIS Unit but also expanding it to become a world-class education provider.
